New trial service
Please note that on Wednesdays from March 1st 2026 we will be trialling a bookable service. The Help Desk will continue to operate on a drop-in basis on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
If you wish to visit the HGS Helpdesk on a Wednesday, please either ring our Office on 07769 405195 or use the Contact form.
Please chose the option ‘Other’ when submitting your form and include your telephone number so that we can confirm that we have a Volunteer available. Please state if you prefer a morning or afternoon appointment and include brief details of the research you need help with.
All bookings for Wednesdays need to be made by 12 noon on the Wednesday of the preceding week.
