Paul has been involved in family history research for over thirty years. Last year, Paul stepped down as Group Leader of the Ringwood Group after fifteen years. Paul has been an Executive Committee member for most of this time, with several years as vice-chairman. Since last year's AGM, Paul took over the role of HGS Chairman from Dolina Clark. His Pinhorne ancestors were all born in the Portsmouth area. In recent years he has been working on his German ancestors.
