Golden Jubilee Event – Saturday 6th July & Sunday 7th July – EARLYBIRD TICKETS NOW ON SALE!
We are delighted to announce an event to mark a major milestone for the Hampshire Genealogical Society, as this year we celebrate our 50th Anniversary!
This two-day event is open to both HGS members and non-members, so please do feel free to let your friends know.
The venue is Victoria Halls, West Green Road, Hartley Wintney, Hook, Hampshire, RG27 8RQ, an excellent venue, with free parking, located in the north-east of Hampshire.

Sunday 7th July
Join us for a day of talks, workshops and ‘Ask the Experts’ sessions.
Our speaker will be Paul McNeil and we will conclude the day with a panel discussion led by Dr Nick Barratt.
Workshop sessions will feature:
- Joe Saunders – Local and Family History Together
- Dr Sophie Kay – Mapping Alchemy for Genealogists
- Jackie Depelle – Digging into the Parish Chest
- Dr Caroline Adams – Tips and Tricks for Palaeography
