October 4, 2023Taught history at the University of Surrey now a freelance lecturer and researcher. Gives lectures to many groups including FFHS, Institute of Genealogists, history societies, Probus, NT and university groups.
The riots took place against the increasing pauperisation of labourers and the attacks struck at the very roots of social cohesion.
